Opuiyo Oforiokuma is an infrastructure investment specialist with more than 30 years of international experience. He is a Senior Partner at the Africa50 Infrastructure Acceleration Fund, where he contributes to the mobilisation and deployment of public and private capital for infrastructure development across Africa.

Before joining Africa50, he served as Managing Director and CEO of the ARM-Harith Infrastructure Fund, investing in transport, energy and utility projects across West Africa. He was previously Managing Director and CEO of Lekki Concession Company, where he led the pioneering Lekki Toll Road public-private partnership through development, financial close and execution. His earlier career included senior positions at RWE Thames Water Group, including Finance Director of Thames Water International and Vice President at American Water.
