Professor Nkemdilim Iheanachor is Professor of Strategy and Academic Director of the Senior Management Programme at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, international business, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and business-model innovation in emerging markets.

Over the past decade, Iheanachor has advised more than 200 private- and public-sector organisations across Africa on corporate strategy, international expansion, growth transformation and AI-enabled business-model redesign. His research examines ecosystem development, digital financial services, inclusive business models and the strategic implications of emerging technologies.

He leads the supply-side workstream of the Sustainable and Inclusive Digital Financial Services Initiative at Lagos Business School. Supported by the Gates Foundation, the initiative contributes research and industry engagement aimed at strengthening financial inclusion. Iheanachor holds qualifications in electronic engineering, business administration and management, including a PhD, and has participated in faculty programmes at Harvard and Wharton.
