Mr. Tony Izuagbe Emoekpere is currently the President of the Association of Telecom Companies of Nigeria (ATCON).

He has served in many capacities before he was elected as the President of the Association in April, 2023 and while serving in those capacities he made a lot of contributions towards the sustainability of the Association and the Nigerian Telecom Sector.

He is a C-Level Executive and accredited Project Manger with over 23 years experience in Telecommunications Management, ICT Service Provisioning , Infrastructure Design, Implementation and Maintenance. Prior to founding Anchor Telecom Nigeria Limited and MangoNet Integrated Service Limited, he worked both in MTN Nigeria and Egypro Nigeria Limited where he demonstrated a high level of competency.
