Oladejo Olawumi is the Director of IT Infrastructure Solutions at NITDA. He holds a National Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Kwara State Polytechnic, a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Ilorin, and a Master’s in Communications Management from Buckinghamshire New University, UK. With a career spanning top IT firms like Skannet ISP, Olawumi joined NITDA in 2003 after completing the Shell Intensive Training Programme at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. He also served with UNESCO as National Programme Officer, coordinating ICT strategies across eight West African countries.

At NITDA, he has held strategic roles - including leading the Project Management Unit and contributing to key national committees on IT policy, eCommerce, and database development. He currently oversees the development of IT frameworks, guidelines, and standards, in line with the NITDA Act 2007.
