Marco Rebecchi is Managing Director for Nokia West Africa, where he leads customer engagement, market development and the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure and technology solutions across the region.

He has approximately three decades of experience in telecommunications, network engineering, programme delivery and executive management. Rebecchi began his career in engineering and project leadership before taking on senior technical and operational positions at Alcatel and Alcatel-Lucent. His previous responsibilities have included serving as Chief Technology Officer, General Programme Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Customer Delivery Manager and Country Senior Officer.

Across these assignments, Rebecchi has managed major network-modernisation and telecommunications projects in West Africa. He holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, a master’s degree from the University of Bologna and professional accreditation as a Project Management Professional. His current work focuses on strengthening network capacity and supporting the transition to more advanced, efficient and resilient digital infrastructure.
