
Olusola Teniola

Olusola Teniola is a seasoned tech executive with over three decades of extensive experience in the telecoms and ICT industry.
Prior to joining IPNX, Olusola worked with the World Bank as a digital development consultant alongside his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of O’odua Infraco Resources Limited.
Previously served as a Client Partner at Detecon Consulting GmBH, focusing on Nigeria and Ghana. He has also served in leadership roles as CEO of IS Internet Solutions, Nigeria, part of a pan-African Enterprise ISP, and as COO Phase3 Telecom, an indigenous aerial fiber digital infrastructure provider.
Olusola is a former past president of the Association of Telecom Companies of Nigeria (ATCON) and formerly the Nigerian Coordinator for the Alliance for Affordable Internet (a4ai).
He holds a BEng (Hons) in Computer and Information Engineering from South Bank University, UK, and an MBA from Bath University School of Management.
He is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) in Nigeria and London.
