Dr. Nadu Denloye is the Chairman of Growth and Development Limited. She retired in December 2006 as the Group Managing Director of Telnet Nigeria Limited, a leading ICT company she co-founded in 1986.

She holds a PhD in Electronic Engineering from the University of Hull, UK, and is a registered Engineer (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria). She is also a Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Engineering.

While her professional career has been rooted in ICT, her expertise in founding and managing a successful business has given her broad experience in strategy formulation, policy development, and executive oversight. This has led to appointments on corporate and advisory boards across multiple sectors, including both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Her board experience includes Ecobank Nigeria, Leap Africa, Investment One Pension Managers Ltd, the Enterprise Development Centre (Pan-Atlantic University), MudoZangL Limited among others.

Dr. Denloye is an alumna of the Lagos Business School, the Cranfield School of Management (Business Leaders Programme), the Haggai Institute, and RCCG’s International Bible Institute and Leadership Training School.
