Obinna Isiadinso

Global Sector Lead for Data Centers and Cloud investments/Senior Investment Officer, International Finance Corporation

Obinna Isiadinso is the Global Sector Lead for Data Centers and Cloud investments and is a Senior Investment Officer with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in the Global Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) team.
He is a seasoned investor specializing in private equity and private credit transactions within the global digital infrastructure sector.

At IFC, Obinna leads investment teams focused on valuation and execution, reviews private equity and credit transaction structures, and actively participates in transaction negotiations within the Data Center and Cloud sectors, particularly in emerging markets.
Before joining IFC’s Global TMT team, Obinna was a Senior Investment Officer at the IFC Asset Management Company (AMC), where he contributed to the $1 billion IFC African, Latin American, and Caribbean Fund. At AMC, Obinna was responsible for originating, structuring, and executing private equity investments across Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He also served on the boards of Afrimax Technologies and Persianas Holdings.
Prior to his time at AMC, Obinna was with ARM Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth capital investments in West Africa. At ARM, he led the origination, structuring, and execution of private equity investments, serving on the board of E-Motion Advertising.

Obinna also has extensive experience as a Principal at Development Partners International (DPI), a pan-African private equity firm. There, he was responsible for originating, structuring, and executing investments across Africa, and served on the boards of Eaton Towers, Libstar Holdings, and GTA Assur Holdings.

Obinna holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College.
