She currently serves as the Group Head, Core Operations TeamApt, where she drives operational excellence, customer success, and financial inclusion at scale within Nigeria’s digital banking and financial services sector. Her expertise spans technology, business transformation, and market expansion, with a strong focus on optimizing processes to improve customer engagement and business efficiency.

Previously, she held key leadership role at Interswitch Group and played a pivotal role in shaping the operational and technological landscape of the business, leading cross-functional teams, aligning multi-national subsidiaries (Kenya, Gambia, Uganda, Germany), and delivering measurable value across the enterprise.

Beyond corporate leadership, Tolulope is deeply committed to women’s empowerment, mentorship, and leadership development. She serves as an Advisory Board Member of African Women in Technology (AWIT) and actively mentors women in business and technology through platforms like VC4A, She Leads Africa and Stemettes.
