Joseph Koranteng is a highly experienced Business Executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across Telecommunications and Data Centres. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Digital Realty, Ghana where he plays a strategic role in designing and delivering resilient, scalable, and high-performance Data Centres for the Ghanaian Market.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana, and an MBA in Finance from GIMPA, Accra, Ghana. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering.

Joseph is passionate about driving the adoption of Digital technology across Ghana and Africa, with a strong commitment to building sustainable digital ecosystems. He is also deeply committed to empowering teams and nurturing young talent, helping to shape the next generation of professionals for the evolving job market.
